In the early 1970’s my parents purchased a Vineyard in the Alexander Valley where I spent my childhood. In 1990, after graduating from College in the Bay Area I returned to Healdsburg and began selling real estate. Since I began in the business I have developed an extensive knowledge of the area in addition to the experience gained from the many transactions in which I have been involved. I specialize in the sales, leasing, management and development of residential and commercial real estate.

I am an established, top-producing Sonoma County realtor and partner in Dayton & Tremont Real Estate who brings nearly two decades of experience to the business. As a native of Chicago, I was introduced to Sonoma County through my wife who was born and raised here. I loved my visits so much that it influenced our decision to move to Healdsburg and raise our two children.
In addition to sales, I also offer property management services to my clients. I am an active member of the community with a broad list of personal and professional contacts. My involvement includes several Healdsburg community clubs, schools and civic activities and am dedicated to the lifestyle Sonoma County has to offer.

Brenda Regan began her local real estate career in 1984 in Healdsburg. She has broad skills and experience and has facilitated hundreds of real estate transactions. Brenda is well known and respected within the community. She has an extensive background in office management, escrow coordination, and management bookkeeping. Nearly a decade ago, my family and I purchased a small farm with lots of potential in Alexander Valley outside of Healdsburg. We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful area. Since then, I have continuously developed strong ties to the community and the lovely families within it. Excited to work with the community here, I bring an extensive educational background including an undergraduate degree in Finance from Georgetown University and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California. These, along with a prior career in business and commercial real estate bring a distinct level of dynamic thinking, critical analysis, and an outside-the-box approach to my projects. More recently, I have spent vast amounts of time on residential renovation and new construction in Sonoma County.
